Unequal Angles - 200x150x15
Steel unequal angles are L-shaped structural steel bars where one leg is longer than the other. Also known as "unequal angle irons," their asymmetrical design makes them incredibly efficient when a structure needs more strength or surface area in one direction than the other. This unequal shape allows engineers to save weight and reduce material costs compared to using a larger, heavier equal angle. They are commonly used as robust lintels over windows and doors, brackets for heavy brickwork, and bracing elements in roof trusses or steel towers.
